SHIPPING & HANDLING
Depending on the shipping destination, it can take up to 1 week to pack and ship original artworks, and 2-3 weeks for custom artworks. If you need faster delivery, please contact the seller via the contact form or email (contact@lanawi-art.ch).
Please note that the seller is not responsible for:
- any shipping delays
- any customs delays
- any lost, stolen or damages shipment in relation to the shipping carrier
- any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments in relation to customs delays and clearance
RETENTION OF TITLE
The shipping goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
The Seller shall be entitled to withhold delivery of any goods if at the time of delivery is to be made, payment is due by the customer to the seller on any account whatsoever.
SHIPPING COSTS & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Shipping costs are not included in the communicated prices. Shipping costs are communicated separately when the order is placed and are calculated individually per order at checkout. They may depend on the weight, dimensions and the destination of the order. The shipping costs are communicated on completion of the order and charged to the customer.
Shipments to destinations outside Switzerland may be subject to customs and value-added tax in the country of destination. All taxes, fees and other potential costs incurred from importing the goods shall all be borne by the customer. The seller has no influence on these costs.
Any foreign bank charges arising from the transaction will also have to be paid by the customer. These taxes, fees and other charges incurred by importing the goods will not be reimbursed should the goods be returned.
SUSTAINABILITY
The provider strives to run a business as eco-consciously as possible. Therefore recycled and reused packaging can be used for shipping in order to keep wastage to a minimum.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 working days after she/he received the painting.
Please note that, due to the fact that they have been done with specific and personalized inquiries, custom works can not be returned.
RETURN POLICY
The provider offers returns for full-priced items purchased online under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is in original condition, unused and is packed in its original packaging and well protected. The seller does not accept responsibility for damages incurred in return transit.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and the seller cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.
- The seller is not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel. Any charges and costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- A copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the parcel. The items must be sent as a parcel with a Track & Trace number (it is not an option to return the order without it). Parcels must be clearly marked with ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges.
- A return request needs to be authorised by the seller. A return may not be authorised if the seller believes the items have been used for staging or loan purposes.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
To request a return, please email the seller at contact@lanawi-art.ch with the below information:
- Proof of Purchase OR Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for return and any supporting images
The seller will be in touch to approve the return.
Please note that, made-to-order products and commission artworks can not be returned.
REFUNDS
A full refund will be provided subject to meeting the seller’s return policy. Subject to return authorisation, once your return has been received, inspected and approved, the seller will refund you by your original payment method.
Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Returned items will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping (+ potential charges and costs due to the return, only if applicable).
Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, please email the seller on contact@lanawi-art.ch to submit a damaged goods claim. This claim has to be lodged within 24 hours of receiving the item/s.
HOW TO LODGE A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM
To lodge a damaged goods claim, please email contact@lanawi-art.ch with the following information:
- Proof of Purchase OR Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Items damaged
- Supporting images of the damaged box and item
Please note that all claims are handled on a case by case bases and insufficient evidence may result in your claim being rejected.
